I now what you mean about getting into the fur, I love it too, here's one of my latest a sugar glider [link] I'm in awe of your fur though, the negative drawing really screws me up I had some success on this one of a wolf [link] but the level in detail is nowhere as good as yours, well done The only thing I can fault in it is the extreme details in the tree, it's a bit distracting to my eye. Personally I would have backed off the detail a bit so that the focus remains on the subject rather than the background.
